  • 2003

    ktc was founded in Mexico City. Our services were focused on marketing and our mission was to put brands in the palms of the hands of the customers.

  • 2005

    We created a successful Mobile campaign for Magnum (Unilever). This was the first test for our SMS technology. We were 1 of 3 suppliers, with coverage to all 4 Telecom operators in Mexico. We were the only one to offer this service to brands. Watch the commercial here

  • 2006

    For Sprite we created an Innovative global Shotcode Campaign for Sprite. Watch the commercial here

    This was promoted on national television, and 40 million bottles of Sprite were printed with the ‘shotcode’ as it was called at the time, a previous version of a QR code you could say. Read the full article in dutch here

  • 2008

    We created a Mobile Campaign for Coca-Cola. It was called Coca-Cola Destapamanía, one of the largest mobile campaigns, ever, anywhere! Over 850 million participating bottles in SMS instant winner. This was a National TV campaign, read the full (dutch) article Mobile Campaign for Coca-Cola. Watch the video here

  • 2015

    Second office opens in the Netherlands, Eindhoven! Joost starts the strategic design services.

  • 2017

    One of our first cases from the Eindhoven Hub for the Innovation Startup side from a big insurance company. We helped to create safer homes with an innovative service to homes. Read the promotion article here

  • 2018

    Service Design for Schiphol Next. We helped them make positive impact on the passenger’s airport journey, and to get a step closer to becoming Europe’s Preferred Airport.

  • 2019

    Mexico Office going full digital and remote mode!

  • 2020

    Suzuki Motos Campaign: Gixxer 150 1st Digital Product Launch. Omnichannel storytelling was a critical success factor for this story and the engagement it created. Check their website here

    Marketing campaign for Profuturo Asesora. Successfully growing Profuturo’s reputation by empowering families to make better long term finance decisions. Check the website we created here

  • 2022

    Service Design for Viatris Malaysia and Brasil. We created a persona-driven way of working to enhance Customer Experience by a value added dialogue.

  • 2022

    Third office opens in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Isabel taking on service design projects together with Eindhoven office!

  • 2022

    Clan Suzuki Campaign. We took the Japanese heritage from a pop perspective, and made beautiful visuals and created compelling stories to engage with Mexican Motor fanatics and new target groups

  • 2022

    Service Design sprint for Nationale-Nederlanden. Developed a succesful pilot for sustainable repair service as a first stepping stone towards a net-zero portfolio
