Learn empathy-driven innovation in our 3-part webinar-series

"The # 1 reason why innovation fails: the idea didn't meet a consumer need."

- CB Insights 2019

It’s March 2020, and the Covid-19 virus is forcing Dutch companies to have people work from their homes as much as possible. In order to offer something beautiful in these times of home-working and solidarity, we decided to introduce our people-oriented innovation method through a webinar series, spread over 3 parts and 3 weeks. Technology comes and goes. Last year it was blockchain, this year AI and next year...who knows. However, the constant factor in innovation is people and their constant search for innovation, new value creation and positive experience.

Based on that idea, we designed 3 one-hour webinars. Here you can watch the first part: inspiration through empathy-leaders. See inspiring examples of Crisp, RebelFoods and Sift, among others, and how they can make their solution more beautiful, richer and more successful through a better understanding of people.

Our webinar series is currently only available in Dutch (Nederlands).

Part 1: Inspiration from empathy-leaders

See inspiring examples including Crisp, RebelFoods and Sift and how they - through a better understanding in people - make their solutions nicer, richer and successful.

Part 2: Empathy-driven Jobs-to-be-done

Via the empathy map and jobs-to-be-done canvas we look beyond functional needs and problems, and look at how we can uncover human needs in a more layered way.

Part 3: Solutions with human touch

In and experience economy, the experience component of the solution is more important than ever. Through the unicorn canvas, we look at how the front of a new service can be better aligned with human emotion.
